mmm chorizo and lentil soup is very nice
i make it with lots of different veg, onion celery carrot peppers tomato garlic, so it’s very colourful
this time i added red lentils as well as green lentils to the soup which made it a bit thicker and much more filling
i wonder how quickly it will disappear this time :-)

On 31 March 2026, University College London will be hosting a Festschrift Symposium for Professor M.
