On a whim, I went to the Royal Festival Hall to see Bruce Liu playing Ravel. Pretty cool. He makes the fiendishly difficult appear entirely effortless.
I think last time I went there, I was a callow youth. It's bigger than I remember!

A broad stage is flanked by audience boxes sticking out of the walls like the Star Wars senate. On the stage some musicians are preparing. Not the whole orchestra, just the woodwind and a few cellos. A huge organ fills the far wall behind the stage.

Researchers developed a new two-dimensional interlayer that kept modules running at 95% efficiency after 5,000 hours of brutal light, heat, and UV exposure. The breakthrough uses neutral triazine molecules and co-crystal engineering that slots right into existing manufacturing lines.
