We investigate diffusion in a two-dimensional inverted soft Lorentz gas, where attractive Fermi-type potential wells are arranged in a triangular lattice. We construct an integrable hierarchy of the Boussinesq equation using the Lie-algebraic approach of Holod-Flashka-Newell-Ratiu. In this paper, we consider nonisospectral problems of two distinct dimensions on the loop algebra of the symplectic Lie algebra $\mathfrak{sp}(6)$, and construct two integrable systems. Furthermore, we derive their Hamiltonian structures using the Tu scheme.
