A federal appeals court has revived a Republican-friendly redistricting in Missouri that appeared to have twice been blocked by the Supreme Court.
The 8th Circuit Court of Appeals ordered Monday that the state must use the GOP-favored map in the midterms,

The temperature rise at the heart of El Niño in the Pacific Ocean has now reached 3.05C.
