ついでに、キャリブレーションはだいじ、ってお話をしておくね。
まず、どのディスプレイにも個性があって、同じ色に表示されることはないのね。全部違う。
あと、経時変化があって、一年前に表示されていた色と今とでは違ってしまうのね。
だから、一定の状態を維持できるように、外部から光を測定して、調整する必要があるんだよ。
いつでも同じ状態を保つこと。
プロなら必須。アマチュアでも、品質にこだわったり、印刷したときに安定させたいなら、やった方がいいよ。
そして、PCのグラフィックボードから送った映像の信号が、実際に画面に表示されたときに、どんな色に表示されているか、測色機という機械を使って、サンプルをたくさん測定してデータ化して、ICCカラープロファイルっていうファイルを作成する。
カラーマネジメントに対応したソフトは、sRGBっていう規格、あるいはAdobeRGBっていう規格では、特定のRGB値はこういう色に再現すればいいかわかっているので、そのディスプレイのICCカラープロファイルを使って、モニターにど…
