Cold and windy, but my gluttony over the holidays has insulated me well. I would trade some of it for fitness, which I suppose is what’s happening, albeit much slower and more arduously than I might like.
Ran 4/1 minute run/walk intervals for what turned out to be 6.5 km. Pace was 8:03/km.

Nearly 3 hours to clear the driveway and front walk. I was dreading it, mostly because I knew the 3-5” snow base with 0.5 inch ice atop would make it very difficult. Indeed, my snowblower’s blade assembly kept wanting to ride atop the ice rather than cut into it. I ended up using th snow shovel on a lot of it, smashing fault lines and breaking it into chunks.
