Figure 2 from the linked paper, showing a hypothesized dispersal history from North America east to Eurasia, Japan, and Polynesia on a north polar view of the globe; and a time-calibrated phylogeny of Vaccinium species by their geographic locations

Claude Sonnet 4 describes the image as: "This image shows a scene from what appears to be a science fiction television production, likely from the 1970s or 1980s based on the visual style and film quality. The setting is clearly a futuristic spacecraft or space station, with characteristic sci-fi interior design elements including control panels, screens, and technological equipment visible in the background. The lighting and set design have that distinctive retro-futuristic aesthetic common to…

kegg_metabolic: Metabolic networks from KEGG (2006)
109 metabolic networks of various species, as extracted from the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) database in March 2006. Nodes are substances involved in enzymatic reactions present in the organism, and edges represent reactant-product pairs as extracted from the KEGG ligand database and matched against the present enzymes.
This network has 1444 nodes and 4006 edges.

Elektrisches Licht.
