Notes on sum-free sets in abelian groups
In this paper we highlight a few open problems concerning maximal sum-free sets in abelian groups. In addition, for most even order abelian groups $G$ we asymptotically determine the number of maximal distinct sum-free subsets in $G$. Our proof makes use of the container method.

Extensions of Abelian Schemes and the Additive Group
We compute extension sheaves of abelian schemes and of the additive group by the multiplicative group in the fppf topology. Our main results include a generalized and streamlined proof of the Barsotti--Weil formula, the vanishing of $\underline{\operatorname{Ext}}^2(A,\mathbb{G}_m)$ for an abelian scheme $A$ over a general base, and a description of $\underline{\operatorname{Ext}}^1(\mathbb{G}_a,\mathbb{G}_m)$ in characteristic zero.

Large deviation principles for abelian monoids
Following work of Mehrdad and Zhu and of Liu, we prove a large deviation principle for a broad class of integer-valued additive functions defined over abelian monoids. As a corollary, we obtain a large deviation principle for a generalized form of the Erdős-Kac theorem due to Liu.

$N=1$ Supersymmetry invariance of the Abelian Stueckelberg model
In this paper we investigate the invariance of the Abelian Stueckelberg-like model under gauge and $N=1$ supersymmetric (SUSY) transformations in (3+1) spacetime. We show that the Stueckelberg-like mass term explicitly breaks $N=1$ supersymmetry under the Wess-Zumino (WZ) gauge condition. Nevertheless, we demonstrate that the WZ gauge is not needed in order to construct an action independent of compensating fields, manifestly supersymmetric and gauge invariant.
