My JS Krups is resisting netbooting. I see it doing a DHCP discover, and I see Kea responding with an offer, but then it just sends another Discover. Hmph. I can get to the serial console and doing boot net from there doesn't help; none of the keyboard shortcuts for network diag etc seem to work (except the one that displays the help for it...). So I took the flash SIM out and now it boots to Net rather than flash by default; alas with the same DHCP behaviour. Time to try isc-dhcp.…

So… My day yesterday
Was just getting started on my day and got notified I had a client onsite in an hour. An hours drive away. Called, client didn’t wanna reschedule said “oh 30m late, that’s not late”1️⃣
15m away on 495 TPMS alert goes off & tire pressure counts down from 38psi like a bomb timer…

Today, I got notified about spamhaus not responding anymore to requests from our mailserver due to using an "open resolver".
Huh?
I found the command `dig short test.openresolver.com TXT @<ip_of_dns_server_to_test>` to test if my DNS server is deemed an open resolver. And yes, the mailserver uses a DNS server that got recognized as an open resolver.
Out of curiosity, I tried the same in my local network where I have a dnsmasq serving DHCP and DNS for my cli…

Fun times... @… notified me that fudge.org RSS feed was inaccessible due to Netlify updating SSL (normal) while my Cloudflare SSL/TLS was in Full (Strict) mode. I've demoted to Full mode for now but this is another reason I'm looking at Fastly — fixed over inflight wifi 💺🛜🤓🤣
