fresh_webs: Freshwater stream webs
A set of 26 networks of trophic-level species interactions in streams in New Zealand, Maine and North Carolina. Networks include the identities of aquatic insect, algae and fish species and their trophic interactions. Excel and plain text adjacency matrices available; webs can be downloaded individually or as a group.
This network has 83 nodes and 335 edges.

Today in the ISE 2025 lecture on OWL, the Web Ontology Language. Tired of using slide presentations (at temperatures like today and giving the same presentation all over again), I spontaneously decided to design arbitrary OWL ontologies together with the students on the good old blackboard ;-)

plant_pol_vazquez: Vazquez & Simberloff plant-pollinator webs
Eight bipartite networks of plants and pollinators, from the Nahuel Huapi National Park and surrounding areas in Rio Negro, Argentina, from September 1999 to Feburary 2000. Edge weights represent the frequency of species interaction, and there is a common set of vertices across all eight webs.
This network has 144 nodes and 47 edges.
