My wife keeps telling me how great mychart is, but it doesn't allow me to do half the things that I actually want to do (like message providers *I've already seen*, but aren't my regular provider; or respond to a message thread a week after the last message). Like, this is basic functionality that forum software figured out a quarter of a century ago. It's constantly frustrating and I hate it.
