We revisit the convergence analysis of two approximation hierarchies for polynomial optimization on the unit sphere. On Saturday I met Freddie greyhound, Mandy greyhound's nephew¹. Mandy passed away in 2021.
Coincidentally both homed by WGW and Freddie now lives a few miles from where Mandy lived her pet life. His human knows Mandy's humans well.
Considering the rather small greyhound gene pool this is not unusual. Mandy's sire has had over 5,000 offspring so far.

#HappyBirthday to Robert Norman Munsch, born June 11, 1945, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but thankfully, he became a Canadian citizen in 1983. He has published more than 60 books in 30 languages and is a Member of the Order of Canada and Canada’s Walk of Fame. Health issues have ended his writing and public appearances, and in 2021, he was diagnosed with dementia. But his stories continue to speak to children.
