Wer wie ich einmal ein Prime-Abo bei Amazon hatte und infolge einer Preiserhöhung per AGB-Änderung mehr zahlen muss, sollte sich vielleicht - sehr einfach - an der Sammelklage beteiligen. Außerdem gibt es ein Verfahren gegen Werbeeinblendungen, auch dazu bringt euch der Text der Verbraucherzentrale NRW weiter.
