Ab 2022 steigt die Zahl stark an: über 65.000 Anlagen im Jahr 2022, über 290.000 im Jahr 2023 und über 450.000 im Jahr 2024. Die Balken deutet auf einen anhaltenden Boom hin.

Liniendiagramm mit dem kumulierten Zubau von Balkonsolaranlagen in Deutschland von 2018 bis 08.01.2026. Die gelbe Linie zeigt die Bruttoleistung in Megawatt-Peak (MWp) über die Zeit. Bis 2021 verläuft die Kurve fast waagrecht. Ab 2022 beginnt ein kontinuierlicher Anstieg, der ab 2023 deutlich steiler wird. Ab 2024 ist der Zubau stark beschleunigt. Der Höchststand liegt aktuell bei 1218,69 Megawatt peak. Die Kurve deutet auf einen anhaltenden Boom hin.

Mein Vater war (guter) Kunde im Mitarbeiter-Shop des Unternehmens, bei dem er 2004 nach 35 Jahren Betriebszugehörigkeit in Rente ging. Zuletzt hat er dort 2018 oder 2019 eingekauft, im Januar 2023 ist er verstorben. Ich habe den Shop mehrfach darüber informiert. Kurz vor Weihnachten erneut Werbepost an die Adresse des im Frühjahr 2022 verkauften Elternhauses. Ich überlege jetzt, mal den Datenschutzzuständigen ausfindig zu machen und anzufragen, ob das da alles DSGVO-konform abläuft.

A book is a set of possibilities. I read this in a short story in the November/December 2023 issue of Asimov’s Science Fiction. The story was titled, The Four Last Things, by Cristopher Rowe. I don't disagree with suggestions that the UK public sector should have less reliance on the big-three (American) cloud providers. But this has been a concern for more than a decade, and people should at least be aware of both the "GOV.UK PaaS" and UKCloud.
