I just came across an old tab about the apparent fact that I was [[shadowbanned]] on Twitter in late 2022/early 2023. I had normalized it by the time of this post -- but honestly, what a shitty thing to do in a social network.
My guess is that I was posting too much about bridges, in particular one that was relatively well-known at the time, and Twitter didn't like it.

It's now been about 2 weeks or so since the wife and I got our first memory foam mattress, which we decided on a Nectar brand.
During these two weeks or so, I've been sleeping considerably better. I sleep a bit later than I was there for a while as I now wake up around 6am instead of between 4am - 5am.
I also don't wake up with a sore back, headaches or feeling like I want to immediately go lay down on the couch and take a nap. (cont...)

Hey friends, sorry for the spam. But I just rediscovered this shot and remembered this uncommon situation where we decided to retreat from a hike as we didn't feel comfortable of crossing the part ahead. One of us was also a little afraid of heights ... a challenging section paired with anxiety - in such situations I don't hesitate a second to cancel.
