The Liquid glass look somehow (to me) feels inferior to me. Also, didn’t older iOS have such a glassy matte finish as its interface? I don’t know why it’s new - iOS always had it or was it macOS?
This year WWDC overall was a letdown. It is a clear example of “updates for the sake of stock price”.
They are boasting about Apple Intelligence all the while its “main” features got pushed to next year.

Apple Intelligence has labeled a photo I’ve taken of a neighbour’s calico tabby as “American Wirehair”. I’m not an expert, so who knows, but based on geotags it would seem unlikely.
