Ein gestapeltes Flächendiagramm zeigt die Bruttospeicherleistung von Batteriespeichern in Deutschland ab 2012, aufgeteilt nach Marktakteuren, mit Stand vom 16.11.2025. Der größte Anteil entfällt auf Privatpersonen (blau), während Unternehmen (orange) einen kleineren, aber wachsenden Anteil haben. Die Gesamtleistung steigt ab 2020 stark an. Die aktuelle Gesamtbatteriespeicherleistung liegt bei 12,63 Gigawatt.
