Heute standen die Tempel und Schreine im Osten von #Kyoto auf dem Plan, die wir entlang des Waldrandes abgingen. Start war beim Kiyomizu-dera, der im Wald am Hang eingebettet schöne Blicke auf den Tempel selbst und die Stadt bietet.
Weiter ging es durch das noch historisch erhaltene Viertel Higashiyama, unter anderem zum Kodai-ji mit seinem schönen Garten und dem Chion-in.
