Saw a lot of blackberries (Brombeeren) and atropa (Tollkirschen) bushes today. The blackberries tasted wonderful! (didn't try the atropa, because of ☠️)
At first I didn't know that "the other" berries were atropa, I just assumed it. I knew them only from drawings before but never noticed them around here. My wife took a photo and identified it later. And I learned that literally the whole plant is poisonous, nut just the berries.
