Spansion S25FL128, 128 Mbit QSPI NOR flash.
There's a surprising amount of non-flash die area from what I can see in the top metal image. I expected the bitcell array to be a much larger proportion of the overall area.

Top aluminum layer of a square flash die. The top ~40% consists of the actual flash array with a strange diagonal power distribution grid over it, the rest looks to be digital logic for the QSPI interface and write control logic.

Throwing something away that is urgently needed, expensive and difficult to source sounds crazy. Yet of the 60 metals contained in old electronic devices such as phones, screens and washing machines, only a few are recycled. That includes precious metals such as gold and silver and other metals such as aluminum and copper. The rest are effectively single-use metals, used once and then lost during collection or through incineration.

Elle est douce, aérienne, et elle fond sur la langue. Mais non, ce n’est pas de la neige : il s’agit plutôt de glace pilée. Nous avons essayé ce dessert venu d’Asie et qui ne laisse personne de glace.
