I'm still stuck in alphabet recognition drills, but I'm happy to take my time. I'm also amused by the number of French words I recognise.
What I didn't realise is I'll one day be able to understand Dari and also read things from Afghanistan!

@tokensane@mastodon.me.ukThis graffiti recently turned up near where I live, and I'm wondering if anyone can read it, or at least identify the language. Its not Arabic, Hebrew or Cyrillic. The alphabet appears related to Latin.
Its possible that this is just an unusually ornate tag, but it consists of 4 words, and it looks like they are repeated A-B, B-A, which suggests that it has a meaning beyond just identity, possibly a political slogan?
