As assortment of whole bean coffee from Brazil, Costa Rica, and Honduras. The packaging is all colorful.
A heatmap (sic) of my coffee purchases from 2021 to 2024. It looks like an alien code –I've never been able to make it out. Segmented grids with squares of grey and four shades of blue, FTW. There's a blank in in the middle of 2023 when I first let my scale go fallow. Depressive episode. Contemporary gap, I was doing all right.

Don’t make it hard for customers to be heard.
Provide training and tools to employees to document customers voices. Train employees to learn as much as possible from customers. Value the time employees spend listening to customers and learning from them...
