I'm still naïve about traveling with Deutsche Bahn. I used to travel a lot with trains, I used to have one of the magical Bahncard 100 for several years. Fortunately, I don't travel that much anymore. Then I left Germany and now I'm back and I still have the instinct that taking the train will work.
Today's trip is from Bruxelles to Stuttgart. Planned from 18:25 to 23:11, with one change in Frankfurt.

Bin großer Fan eines ÖPNV-Ticket-Systems, das mir gerade in Amsterdam, Paris und Barcelona begegnet ist:
Es gibt eine Trägerkarte, die am Automaten mit Fahrkarten aufgeladen werden kann, bezahlbar mit Karte oder bar.
Komplett anonym, aber trotzdem maschinell auslesbar und ohne ausgedruckte Einzelfahrscheine.

Mir reicht es übrigens freudig mitzukriegen, daß andere Länder wie Ungarn, Serbien, Brasilien etc autokratische Regime irgendwie auch ohne Weltkrieg wieder losgeworden sind, ich muß das nicht im eigenen Land auch noch¹ selbst ausprobieren.
