Meeste Nederlanders voor opvang van asielzoekers én voor de spreidingswet
Ondanks felle protesten tegen asielzoekerscentra en opvanglocaties vinden de meeste mensen dat Nederland 'gewoon' vluchtelingen op moet vangen, blijkt uit onderzoek van het RTL Nieuwspanel. Ook de spreidingswet, die vluchtelingen eerlijk over de gemeenten moet verdelen, kan nog altijd rekenen op brede steun.

Regarding my “Islands & Continents” map¹ that I posted last February 2025, I double-checked and I actually missed Taiwan which I first visited on a transit stop at TPE airport in 2012. Oops.

Gisteren uit eten in De Vier Seizoenen in Lisse. Mijn schoonmoeder was 90 geworden. Dat was heel fijn en gezellig. Èn een prima restaurant: gewoon goed bereid eten, goede, uitgebreide dranken keuze en héél attent, vriendelijk en probleemoplossend personeel.

When I open the UART in "screen" and press keys, everything works as intended.
But when I try to send a few bytes manually by doing "echo -ne \xaa > /dev/ttyUSB7", this also works... but a few hundred ms after the "echo" command finishes, a mysterious 0x13 byte appears. Any idea WTF is happening?
