ZIP seems to be capitally broken on Linux. I was not able to produce a working ZIP file of a folder hierarchy with umlauts / special characters in it. This apparently works when made on Windows.

The analytic conductor which we use is defined via the local Langlands correspondence for tori by choosing a finite dimensional complex algebraic representation of the $L$-group of $T$. In 2016, Fei \cite{fei2016application} established a bound on the Siegel zeros for real primitive Dirichlet characters modulo $q$, assuming the weak Hardy-Littlewood conjecture. I need to make a fixed-width text file from a Pandas DataFrame.
I followed a suggestion to use to_string method. I built out my solution only to find it adds a space between the columns in the output. A fixed-width file means each column must be an exact number of characters. I literally can't make the file I need with to_string.
Making a fixed-width text file is a very easy task in SAS. Trying to do this with Pandas has been extremely frustrating.

We give explicit formulae for a class of complex linear unitary characters of the congruence subgroups $Γ_0(N)$ which involve a variant of Rademacher's $Ψ$ function. We then prove that these characters cover all characters of $Γ_0(N)$ precisely when $N=1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,10,12,13$.

More than 60% of zeros of Dirichlet $L$-functions are on the critical line
In this paper, we estimate the proportion of zeros of Dirichlet $L$-functions on the critical line. Using Feng's mollifier and an asymptotic formula for the mean square of Dirichlet $L$-functions, we prove that averaged over primitive characters and conductors, at least 61.07 % of zeros of Dirichlet $L$-functions are on the critical line, and at least 60.44 % of zeros are simple and on the critical line. These results improve the work of Conrey, Iwaniec and Soundararajan.

The Kummer ratio of the relative class number for prime cyclotomic fields
Kummer's conjecture predicts the asymptotic growth of the relative class number of prime cyclotomic fields. We substantially improve the known bounds of Kummer's ratio under three scenarios: no Siegel zero, presence of Siegel zero and assuming the Riemann Hypothesis for the Dirichlet $L$-series attached to odd characters only. The numerical work in this paper extends and improves on our earlier preprint (arXiv:1908.01152) and demonstrates our theoretical results.
