The confessions of the perpetrators in Moscow sound familiar, in the same way hits are organized in the Netherlands, using Telegram, cuit-outs, expendable people. Motivation is clearly money it seems. Literally anybody could be behind it but applying Ockham's razor, IS /ISIS is most likely. But it's also clear Putin has many reasons to try to connect Ukraine with it. Also in Russia no fair and independent investigation is possible.
