We demonstrate wavelength-scale phononic waveguides formed by transfer-printed thin-film lithium niobate (LN) on bulk diamond (LNOD), a material stack that combines the strong piezoelectricity of LN with the high acoustic velocity and color-center compatibility of diamond.
