Bzw. was hat euch mal geholfen?
Nach dem Entfernen des Gipses vom Armbruch (re) hab ich inzw. 3 am Daumen und zwei am Handteller. Schonen soll helfen, aber ich muss natürlich auch die Steifheit nach dem Gips wegtrainieren. Paradoxon.
