Vandaag weer wat nieuws (eens houdt dat op, dat moet wel) met de trike, ik heb hem op slot gedaan, vastgemaakt aan het fietsenrek bij het gezondheidscentrum waar ik naartoe was om naar mijn fysiotherapeut te gaan en ik heb hem allean buiten laten staan. En toen ik terugkwam stond hij er nog en hij was niet eens boos op me. 😂🚴‍♂️ #regel17

Time to investigate my dad's turntable; a Pioneer PL-15R; so at 33.33RPM, and with a disk with 64 edges, that should be 33.33/60*64=35.6Hz - so seeing 35.7Hz off my hacky photodiode sensor makes me very happy; although it's varying a little, but my scopes frequency counter is based off it's display, so hmm. And it's FFT won't go down that low really.

Dear USians,
How about you don’t call a Middle Eastern guy “white” and go on to tell him he’s “no better than any other oppressor we encounter” simply for trying to warn his Palestinian friends to not take any unnecessary risks and to be careful on Mastodon?

My plans to hike the Tongariro Alpine Crossing were derailed by two days of rain and high winds, so we made a plan B: the Tama lakes track, which has somewhat less exposure but still gets up over 1400m. We’re lucky we didn’t try Tongariro given how tough the conditions were at Tama lakes – driving snow and winds on the ridge. But we were rewarded with good views and improving weather on the return trip. #hiking
