Daar gaat hij weer. Rondje op de sterk verbeterde #trike. De helpende handen maken op- en afstappen veel prettiger, maar de belangrijkste verbetering is dat ik mijn stoel nu maximaal liggend heb ipv maximaal zittend en daardoor zit je veel beter, steviger, alsof je zonder dat je dat zelf moet regelen op je plek wordt gehouden. I used the recipe from Sally's Baking Addiction (using cooked.wiki) and they turned out great!
Nice crispy tops, though I had about half of the brown sugar/cinnamon mix left, as it seemed like way too much.
I didn't have sour cream or plain yogurt but I did have blueberry yogurt, so that seemed appropriate. I used oat milk because that's all we have in the house.
I normally do not use liners but I did this time.

Found "Secret Pizza" in Vegas, hidden pizza joint. Really is as good as people say & much better than Sirrico's or Slice of Vegas.
Excellent dough w/ a crispy base. Really high quality cheese & fresh made tomato sauce. Pepperoni is different. Spicy & very flavorful.
