Det er en lei tendens at når politikere diskuterer utdanning tar de meget instrumentelle synspunkt, og stirrer seg blind på det som måtte være den «store utfordringen» vi har i dag. In the planner for the 1986-87 academic year, I find an entry for Friday, September 26th, 1986: «(Freak Out!)» Unfortunately, past me did not feel a need to elaborate on that, and so I am left guessing…
