- $REPO_ROOT/.yourthing.json - no
- $REPO_ROOT/.config/yourthing.json - yes
At the very least, include `.config/` in the hierarchy-walking algorithm.
Seriously, I am so tired of my project dir being forty config files and three actually-important directories. ;_;
