200 or so Bengal tigers live here in the Sundarbans mangroves—a watery world that they thrive in, consuming a diet of fish and crabs.

Also slightly annoyed with both myself and husband for 1) allowing this situation to occur in first place 2) not being fully aware of the implications of the hasty decision to buy a windows based laptop in first place.
OTOH, we're reasonably knowledgeable on IT issues. What chance does average member of public stand?

Our medical insurance system super sucks when hospital staff recommend to the spouse of an ill patient that the spouse seek a divorce in order to avoid huge medical bills.
(I remember when my mother got a hospital statement for well over $200k to cover some of her deceased husband's medical bills incurred while dying at that hospital.)

Public hospital procedure for gastroscopy and colonoscopy. Husband is on a disability pension but that is not relevant in this case.
Obviously he has to take the prep beforehand - which he needs to get from a chemist as TCH no longer supplies it as part of the procedure??? - and it costs about $39 for the 3 sachets he has to take beforehand.
Okay, now we can afford this but it seems to me that it could be quite a stumbling block for those who can't.
