"Lurie touts tent, RV drop while advocates voice frustration" - That's the headline, and yes, I see fewer tents and tent cities on sidewalks.
Now I just see more individuals sprawled out, sleeping on sidewalks, or sitting on sidewalks. Not as visible, perhaps (smaller, lower to the ground). I do not see that as a success.
Is #MayorLurie using the wrong indicators?

Despite the drop in tents and RVs in The City, shelter waitlist remains high.
