50 years ago yesterday, the debut of phil lesh’s side jam, touloos ta truck (aka toulousse, aka too loose to truck), at river city in fairfax (with father guido sarducci!), feat. terry haggerty (from sons of champlin) on guitar, plus hardcore marin locals john allair on organ, & steve mitchell on drums. a few notches above the garcia band energy-wise, some of the groovier lesh. soundboard:
