@… hi guys! How do you achieve the hierarchical structure of folders-albums and so without the option to create that inside Immich? Nested folders or albums are not an option 😭

Does #Immich really have no procedure to delete photos locally if they're already uploaded? We need space on this phone but manually deleting stuff in the file manager feels very wrong. Ideally I'd like to select albums or individual images in the app, then "delete locally". But apparently that does not exist... 😑

What's the equivalent of #Immich but for audio and video files?
I'm looking for a self-hostable #FOSS thing that I can throw the rest of my media library in the face (movies, music, downloaded youtube videos, etc.) and it'll sort everything nicely, maybe even query databases to find metada…

Ruth_Mottram - If you are using nextcloud as your main file and photo backup (for personal files, not work!), what are you using for organising your photos?
Photoprism? Memories? Something else?

Also had to sit all day at pc, trying to understand what happened to the immich database, in short they changed the storage method and all my photos were gone.
In short praise the 3-2-1 backup rule

Okay it's ridiculous how hard the #Immich app makes it to upload specific photos. You can sync entire directories, but for some reason there is no "Upload" button like in the webinterface...
