Don't you just love it when the a project goes: "here is an "easy to use" installer script!
Then has you spend 30 minutes just installing dependencies one by one because it doesn't list, attempt to install or otherwise tell you beforehand?

installing @… was pretty easy.
I guess the missing instruction was that I forgot ufw comes installed, and you need to install git.

I'm installing a piece of software written in nim today.
First interactions have been very negative.
The software is built to go in a docker container. Any other deployment is an exercise for the developer.
Installing the nim-lang tools: also deeply negative. The site says "apt-get install nim" for Ubuntu. The package is not in the LTS ubuntu (it was in ubuntu a long time ago; the site is out of date.)

Man, for an appliance Proxmox VE requires a lot of fucking about in and installing stuff with apt to get basics going.
