Can't help but wonder if politicians in Aotearoa are pondering the wisdom of selling off all our food processing (and timber, dairy, aluminium, etc.) to foreign corporations... Given that they can 'increase shareholder value' by moving production to places where they don't have to care for pollution or workers rights, it means we lose fundamental production capabilities to the detriment of the entire population.
