March lands a gig at Schiller's Cafe. Nick says to ramp it up, invents a new dance fitting the bustle. Gig is white band, lower East Side, what's chances that drunk in the back is Irish? Jazz it up boys, he shouts! Wtf? sez Nick, but he liked the sound of it…

Eine Woche lang nur ein Album hören, so wie als Jugendlicher, wo Geld knapp aber Zeit üppig war. Vergangene Woche lief hier bevorzugt »Loopified«, das Debüt-Album von Dirty Loops aus Schweden, erschienen bereits 2014 (und auch fast so lange in meinem CD-Regal). Drauf ist etwa eine Stunde gut gelauntes Jazz-Fusion-Rock-Soul-Funk-Feuerwerk eines Trios, wo jeder einzelne der beste Musiker der Band ist. Wenn ihr Dirty Loops nicht kennt: unbedingt mal reinhören.
