Det finns få saker jag månar så mycket om som barns rättigheter. När jag började skriva om förslaget till sänkt straffbarhetsålder visste jag att många vara kritiska. Men att i princip alla remissinstanser inom det brottsförebyggande området ställer sig frågande till vad regeringen grundar sina beslut på är spektakulärt.
