Meine Meinung: Vermutlich ja. Wie viel Wohnraum leer steht, fällt auch mir auf. Dabei ist oft nicht das ganze Haus leer, sondern es wird einfach nicht vermietet was möglich ist, weil es Aufwand bedeutet.

Warum 11.000 Wohnungen alleine in Stuttgart leer stehen und was dagegen getan wird
Nach wie vor ist Wohnraum knapp in Stuttgart. Dabei stehen mehr als 11.000 Wohnungen seit Jahren leer. Tut die Stadt zu wenig, um diesen Wohnraum wieder zu aktivieren und den Leerstand zu bekämpfen?

Bochum ist seit Jahren in der Arbeitsgemeinschaft fußgänger- und fahrradfreundlicher Städte und schafft es immer noch nicht einen Gehweg barrierefrei zu gestalten.
Keine der beiden Gehwegseiten ist für mobil eingeschränkte Menschen benutzbar, da hilft auch die Abtrennung von der Fahrbahn, mit den falsch aufgebauten Baken, nichts.
Wie seit Jahren benutze ich den Mängelmelder mit der steten Rückmeldung, man kann nicht, man würde gerne, die anderen sind schuld.
