This is such a great album, and yet I don’t see it mentioned often when reading about bands from this era.
Their sound was a really interesting mix of punk and traditional rock, which was unlike most of the other LA bands they played with.
Some really good variety from song-to-song too.

Had this when it came out after I heard a promo, when I was 19 in '99. I like their earlier and later too, but I feel like this one is a sweet spot- a real masterpiece. Reissued in 2021!
