I think it’s easy for us evidence-hungry thinker types to underestimate just how much appearance matters. Massive rallies are not — •must• not be — the endpoint of resistance. However, neither are they purely symbolic. They have a real and concrete effect. They change perceptions, which change human behavior. Yes, they matter. They matter a lot.

I started the massive cleanup of the production libraries. I don't care what one party says. I am moving jobs, control files, and SPUFIs that are not being run in the production environment. Just for one item type, I am archiving 14k members. This will make sure that no one can accidentally run them in production! They are still available for reference in the archive libraries.
