You don't know who you'd be saving... including potentially this newborn who got it from their mother, who was unvaccinated for reasons unknown and got it from ?
If Ontario, and Canada, had a fully vaccinated (for all who can take the vaccine) population, this newborn would not have had measles *the day it was born*.

We propose a multi-stage framework for universal speech enhancement, designed for the Interspeech 2025 URGENT Challenge.
