The collapse of First Brands (it’s not just you, few had heard of them) is *probably* not the pin that pops the current bubble, but it’s entertaining. Wall Street will reliably engage in lethal/suicidal business practices given the chance.
But that bubble-popping pin is incoming.

WFH has made my quads very tight... I found that out when I started practicing the Asian/deep squats.
Calves and Achilles, oddly not so much of an issue.
I am trying to target flexibility/mobility with different stretching positions, and it is definitely making a difference.
