A quick search reveals: Osiander, founded 1596 in Tübingen. Korn und Berg 1531 in Nürnberg. Beck'sche in Vienna 1724 (but closed since 2018?), Höllrigl 1598 in Salzburg, Orell Füssli 1519 in Zürich, Cambridge University Press (and store?) 1534.
