10 is still pretty subjective there, but "nothing else matters" is clear enough, and really 9 or 10 isn't really a big difference in how much it matters clinically. (It tells the clinician if an intervention helps though)

The NAS that I was running Jellyfin on died about two weeks ago so I temporarily moved my media library to a Mac and ran it from there until I got Jellyfin configured on TrueNAS which was a pain but ended up mostly being a permissions thing in the end.

Quick health update. It’s been three weeks since my steroid injections into my spine.
I’ve had a few good days. Not “great” days, not “normal” days, but days of much lower pain levels.
Today I awoke to pain that matched the levels of before the injections. Today is terrible. It’s been three weeks, so I emailed my doctor to ask what’s next.

I biked 6 miles this morning. Felt pretty good. My back didn’t seem to mind… I did have a little knee pain at one point. (Which is one of the reasons I switched to an ebike.)
I may wait a bit to try biking to work, especially since it’s supposed to be 90 °F next week. 😭
