Interesting.
it seems like all the USBC plugs I use for my Framework Laptops are actually *tarnished* at the laptop end.
For some time, I though the cables I used were just internally breaking after a while (even though they are quite high quality ugreen ones, with bend-protection), because it would have intermittend connectivity issues when I wiggled it.
And I mean actually tarnished, not dirty. I had to use some very fine sandpaper to polish up the plug.

Today I mounted a hook into a Ytong wall (gas concret?) using some special wall plugs / anchors ("Dübel") to hang up & store my diving dry suit.

I'm making my SmartHome dumb again.
I got rid of my Google Assistants, smart lights, and plugs, and switched to LED bulbs to save energy. On top of this, I got a portable solar panel to charge my small devices.
For the evening, I now have a USB rechargeable LED light.
I’m doing this to reduce the cost of my electricity bill. Plus, it’s a good way to get rid of big tech products.

I feel like I can make everything.
I finally squeezed some time to lean #freecad. It's awesome.
This is a project that I try to get rid of a proprietary plug from a Technics turntable my grandpa left us.
It's not perfect, but man I feel powerful right now
