OK, this is genuinely scary. It's a picture of me, aged 5. It was taken in 1960. It was scanned and uploaded to Google Photos in 2002. No one has told Google where it was taken. But the map, bottom right, is correct.
Obviously, in 1960, my father's pre-war Exakta camera did not have GPS. Could you identify, from that picture, exactly where it was taken?
Google can.

My eDP->HDMI converter arrived...and is confusing me! The picture with 'edp dp in' is the converter - note how the denser pins are nearer the triangle on the board - but there's also a triangle on the socket itself at the other end; looking at the other picture, which is the original panel, the connector is in the same orientation - but.... all the interesting stuff matches the cable.

A 30 pin eDP connector paid, which has a triangle mark at the top of the socket, and a triangle mark on the board at the bottom; the interesting pins are close to the boards triangle on the board and close to the sockets triangle mark at the top.
Another connector pair - this time on the panel; the interesting pins on the board are at the same end to the interesting pins on the wire.

I understand the need to censor Nazi symbols in the media, but OTOH, this is now just a picture of some random dude’s ankle. 🤦🏻‍♂️
