To any FSU (Free Speech Union of Aotearoa NZ) members out there in the Fediverse & BlueSky, I encourage you to reconsider your association with that organisation. I know a few 'Q Anon' adherents who are still trying to rebuild their broken lives after having gone own that rabbit hole and only recently realising the deep error in their ways. I wouldn't with that sort of fate upon you.

Profile links in post headers now point to the ProFed profile page - for local and remote accounts alike. For remote accounts there is a "view on ..." link to the original profile. And boosts are fully working now too. The latter was a rabbit hole of its own.

Experimental surgery to fit into a rabbit hole

Fell down a YouTube rabbit hole of RuneScape videos. Never played the game, but the stories of things happening in it are fascinating.

This week on #ProFed: emoji reactions are done. By far the biggest rabbit hole yet - the kind with Monty Python killer rabbits and three dragons inside: FEP-c0e0, Pleroma and Misskey, all disagreeing with each other.

American folklore/tall tales is such an interesting rabbit hole. It was years before I had any clue that the Johnny Appleseed and John Henry stories were based on real people. Whereas stories about, say, Daniel Boone and Davy Crockett were presented as historical rather than literary.

Vacation is over and I have a lot of photos and some Blog posts pending...
But unfortunately, I spent the last two days in a fix-my-backup*rabbit hole. That's also why I went a bit silent here.
But I think I have a good solution... I guess I'll write a blog post about this solution.
