The Swedish energy regulator has approved standardised definitions for flexibility products. This makes it easier for suppliers and aggregators to optimise customer devices for local grid needs. The more flexibility offered through these market mechanisms, the lower the costs for all energy system users.

Energimarknadsinspektionen (Ei) godkände i december 2025 ansökningar om specifikationer för flexibilitets­tjänster och standardiserade marknads­produkter. Besluten innebär att de elnätsföretag som ansökt har möjlighet att använda gemensamma och harmoniserade produkter vid marknadsmässiga köp av flexibilitet – något som skapar tydlighet och bidrar till transparenta villkor för branschens aktörer.

«Dans cette mise Š l’enquête, une partie des anciens plans du bâtiment sont visibles. On peut voir notamment la porte intérieure du bar. Elle mesure 1 mètre 50, avec ouverture non réglementaire. En effet, l’ouverture doit se faire dans la direction de fuite, ce qui n’est pas le cas sur le plan. La porte de la véranda s’ouvre également dans le mauvais sens, vers l’intérieur.»

Le gérant voulait encore agrandir le bar Le Constellation
Fin 2025, le gérant du bar Le Constellation a fait une demande de mise à l’enquête pour son établissement. Un mois avant le drame, il voulait agrandir la véranda fermée pour accueillir encore plus de clients à l’intérieur. Entre 2015 et aujourd’hui, au moins deux mises à l’enquête publiques et une demande d’autorisation d’exploitation ont été effectuées pour ce bar, a appris la RTS.
